Once you have selected a property, B Line will negotiate a contract that will minimize your liability by addressing reasonable F&B minimums, competitor prevention, resale instructions, renovation protection, and fair attrition and cancellation clauses. As a “key account” to major hotel companies such as Hilton, Marriott and Fairmont, B Line is well-respected within the industry and has the leverage to negotiate the best possible package for you.
